Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from LUM by JK (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any product from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility. To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received;

Include all original packaging, tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and protective materials; and

Be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
1.2 Timeframe. Customers must request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
1.3 Approval Process. To initiate a return, Customer must contact the Company at contact@lumbyjk.com. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any return request at its sole discretion.
1.4 Shipping Costs. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking, unless the return is due to the Company’s error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
2. Refunds
2.1 Inspection. Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company will inspect the item to verify compliance with Section 1.
2.2 Approval/Rejection. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any shipping or handling fees, within 10 business days. If the return is rejected, the Customer will be notified, and the item will be returned to the Customer at their expense.
2.3 Non-Refundable Costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
3.1 The Company does not guarantee availability of specific products for exchange. Exchanges may only be permitted for the same style and color, subject to stock availability, and must comply with the return conditions in Section 1.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
4.1 The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”);

Customized, personalized, or monogrammed items;

Items returned without prior authorization.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
5.1 Customers must inspect all products upon delivery and notify the Company of any damage, defect, or incorrect shipment within 48 hours of receipt. Photographic evidence is required.
5.2 If the claim is validated, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the purchase, use, or return of its products.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Amendments

Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from LUM by JK (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms below.
1. Processing Time
1.1 All handbags are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
1.2 Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time once the order has been shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Orders are shipped via reputable carriers selected at the Company’s discretion. A tracking number will be provided to the Customer once the order has been dispatched.
2.2 Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier’s policies. The Company is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other events outside of our control once the order has been shipped.
3. Domestic & International Orders
3.1 Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
3.2 International shipping (if offered) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Company is not liable for delays due to customs processing.
4. Address Accuracy
4.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
5.1 Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the Customer. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
5.2 Customers should contact the carrier directly in the event of a delivery issue. Assistance may be provided at the Company’s discretion.
6. Signature Requirement
6.1 For high-value orders, the Company may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
